Owned by a Swiss family, Decero winery is as you would expect it – precision to a T. This medium-sized producer in Lujan de Cuyo has small winemaking tanks and all their wine is made per lot, keeping everything in its right place. Decero mainly focuses on single varieties and you should certainly try their Petit Verdot which has gleaned quite a legion of fans as has their restaurant with a beautiful view of the vineyards and mountains.
