Ayni winery is based in the mountains of Jujuy where their vineyard, Finca Moya, is the highest altitude vineyard in South America (and the second-highest vineyard in the world) at an extraordinary 3,329 metres above sea level. Ayni is made by winemaker Claudio Zuccino whose top wine, Uraqui, is made of organic grapes and aged in the Cava Mina Moya; the highest altitude wine cellar in the world.

Ayni winery is dedicated to making its production as eco-friendly as possible by producing their own compost for the vineyards and cutting down on the use of machinery. The winery also organises a range of alternative tourism experiences, including their philosophy and wine events, and nature walks and meditation days.
