La Matilde winery and organic and biodynamic vineyards in Cordoba has a small portfolio of mainly red wines. The Posada Real La Matilde country house also has cosy rooms overlooking the vineyards and the Altas Cumbres (High Peaks) of the Traslasierra valley.
The 60-hectare San Javier estate is surrounded by the forest and there are plenty of activities on offer if you’re looking to experience the Argentinean countryside and the culture and traditions of the gauchos, including horse riding.
