Finca Don Diego winery focuses on producing wines for exportation and their portfolio consists of a Malbec-Syrah red blend, as well as a single varietal Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The walls of the winery’s cellar are made of stone and sun-dried brick walls and the roof is made of sugar cane and volcanic sediment, providing a cool environment to store and age wines in this sunny valley.
