Haras de Pirque winery and vineyards are in the heartland of Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon – in Alto Maipo. The organic vineyard in Pirque is between 550 and 660 metres above sea level on alluvial soils. The rich red wines (Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère and Cabernet Franc) come from their own estate in Pirque while the white wines (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay) come from Chile’s coastal regions. You can taste them all over lunch at their Hussonet restaurant in the winery.
