Bodega Falcone winery was established by an Italian family who arrived to the Paysandú region in 1886. This historic winery is now run by the third and fourth generation of the family who produce a range of wines from their vineyards all trained in Lyre system and grown on clay-calcareous soils. The Bodega Falcone range includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Marselan, Syrah and Chardonnay.
