Torreón de Paredes winery was established in 1979 in Cachapoal where they have some 150 hectares of vineyards planted. The top pour is Don Amado, an excellent Merlot-driven red blend in tribute to the founder Amado Paredes. You can visit the winery for a tour and tasting.
