Sophenia winery and vineyards is a pioneer of the Gualtallary wine region in the Uco Valley, Mendoza. The vineyard has over 130 hectares planted of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, and the winery was the first to make an iconic Sauvignon Blanc in Argentina.
“Sophenia” is a combination of the names Sophia and Eugenia, the two daughters of the founders of the winery. The winery is open for visits and tastings.
