Xumek winery and vineyards in the Zonda Valley in San Juan doesn’t just make wine but also produces olives with 100 hectares of olive trees and has its own nature reserve where the team is experimenting with a guanaco and rhea breeding programme.

Head winemaker Daniel Ekkert is in charge of their diverse portfolio of red and white wines which includes sparkling wines and late harvest wines.
