Trivento winery in Maipú is the Argentine outpost of Chilean winery (and one of the world’s biggest producers) Concha y Toro. With over 4,500 barrels and a large wine production, Trivento has a team of four winemakers: German Di Cesare, Victoria Prandina, Rafael Miranda and Maximiliano Ortiz.
Trivento means ‘three winds’ and takes it name from the winds that blow across the desert of Mendoza; the Polar, Zonda and Sudestada. Eolo is their top wine.
