Viu Manent winery was founded in 1935 by a Catalan family who had recently arrived in Chile and it continues as a family winery today now with over 260 hectares in Colchagua. Viu Manent winery and most of its vineyards are just outside of Santa Cruz where you can do a tour of the winemaking facitities and vineyards (starting on a horse-drawn carriage) and taste their extensive wine portfolio.
Visitors can also stay for lunch at the popular Rayuela restaurant, take a picnic in the gardens, have a light bite at the cafe or take a cooking masterclass with renowned chef Pilar Rodriguez in her Food & Wine Studio next door.
