Santa Julia winery may be based in Eastern Mendoza but the Zuccardi family have and source from vineyards all over Mendoza. An important brand in Argentine wine, Bodega Santa Julia offers one of the most comprehensive tourism offerings in the region, and tourists can take a hot air balloon ride over the vineyards or take a cookery class in the restaurant kitchen!
After your tour of the winery or the olive oil factory, you can visit one of their two restaurants for lunch. The Casa del Visitante restaurant offers two menus: a BBQ (asado) menu and a tasting menu which makes the most of local seasonal produce. Meanwhile guests at Pan y Oliva can taste a menu of simple dishes of which olive oil is the main feature.
