Cinsault is one of the new belles of the south, and Itata is where she reigns. This wine is taken from old vines in Itata and is Koyle’s endeavour into some of the forgotten varieties of the south. They also make a fresh Cinsault rose here, and a white Muscat.

The Undurraga family are wine aristocracy in Chile, having founded Undurraga winery which is still one of the most important wineries in Chile. They sold Undurraga in 2006 and began Koyle – a smaller, biodynamic project based in Los Lingues, Colchagua.
