On your way into Tupungato, Atamisque is one of the first wineries you see coming into the Uco valley and has a prime position in the valley with a large estate that includes vineyards, a trout farm, a fruit farm and a large family of horses.
French owned, Atamisque is more than just a winery – there is a restaurant onsite, a golf course, a hotel and they even have yurts to stay in so you can stay close to nature all night long.
The winery is designed by renowned local architects Bormida & Yanzon, and has a unique stone finish which was designed to blend it into the landscape, something it achieves to some extent. Inside it is a classic, modern winery and you can do a tasting in the winery working through their different lines all of which are using excellent fruit. You can also play winemaker for the day with a blending game and barrel and tank tastings.
