More about the wine
This is a vibrant Pinot Noir which sings in the glass with notes of rose hips, fresh strawberries and cranberries. Wonderfully balanced, bright and silky, from one of the cooler sites in Casablanca.
More about the winery
Kingston winery and vineyard estate in Casablanca is owned by the fifth generation of Kingston family since Carl Kingston first came to Chile from the US on a hunt for gold in the early 1900s.
Almost a century later, it is now a 140 hectare vineyard where they produce and sell grapes, and focus on making their own small production of wine. The portfolio consists of Pinot Noir, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc – three classic varieties in the cool, coastal Casablanca region. While the family split their time between Chile and the US, the winemaking is headed up by their Chilean winemaker Amael Orrego and Byron Kosuge is their consultant winemaker from the US.
