Mallmann brings his fire show to Montes
Montes winery in Colchagua was one of the first Colchagua wineries to offer a modern winery restaurant. In 2017 the winery stepped their restaurant up a notch by collaborating with famous Argentine chef Francis Mallmann to open Fuegos de Apalta – an exclusive dining experience among the vines with his renowned flame-grilled cuisine.
Expect a mouthwatering menu of local meat, seafood and vegetables grilled to perfection over the central fire where you can watch the chefs busy at work.

Dining al fresco at Rayuela in Viu Manent
Viu Manent winery in Colchagua is known as the Malbec specialist of Chile, but they serve more than Malbec at their excellent restaurant which spills out into the garden among the vineyards.
Serving classic Chilean dishes with their range of Chilean wines, one of the highlights is trying their oysters (which are collected fresh from the coast each week and kept alive in ice-cold, saltwater jacuzzis) with a glass of fresh Sauvignon Blanc.
