While everyone else is chasing cooler climates in the Uco Valley for white wine, this wine is proof that you can make vibrant Chardonnay in Lujan de Cuyo’s Agrelo region too. The wine is both mouthwatering and rich – its unctuousness fills the palate and then a sliver of acidity licks it clean for a fresh and long finish.
A versatile wine with freshness and richness, this will sit nicely with any fatty fish, creamy pasta dishes, or white meats.
