A complex nose which balances the freshness of red fruit and floral aromas with the depth of mature dark fruits and spices. The hint of chocolate and vanilla adds a delicate finesse on the nose.
In the mouth, fresh red fruit flavours are laced with complex spice, perfume and cedar notes. This San Rafael blockbuster wine could do with some time in the bottle.

The Enzo Bianchi Gran Corte is produced with grapes from old vines from their Finca Asti vineyard. This top blend from Bodegas Bianchi has a complex mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Franc and has been aged in new oak, making this a big, blockbuster wine that could do with some time in the bottle. Layers of red fruit, spice, perfume and cedar- a San Rafael icon.
The Finca Asti vineyard has old vines of over 50 years of age and it is at approximately 740 m.a.s.l. It is mainly planted with red grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and some Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Caladoc, Petit Verdot, as well as some Viognier. This is one of their top terroirs in San Rafael and is often used for their top wines from the region.
