With just over a hectare of Cabernet Sauvignon vines, Tumuñan Lodge’s wine production is as boutique as they come. Adventure-seeker Will Evelyn opened a mountain lodge in 2008 and decided to plant a small vineyard in 2011.
The vines are now starting to come of age and an exclusive production of Cabernet Sauvignon is now managed by the nearby biodynamic producer, Viña Koyle, for Tumuñan Lodge’s own label. This is cool climate mountain Cabernet, with fresh acidity and a deep colour.
