Casa Bauzá is the fine wine production of one of Chile’s most famous Pisco brands, Bauzá. While the Pisco production is all in the north of Chile, Casa Bauzá winery and vineyards are in the Central Valley in Maipo.
The family’s vineyard was planted in 1998 in Til Til, Maipo, which is north of Santiago and close to the border with Aconcagua Valley. Production is focused on Carmenère and red blends.
