Guaspari

The Guaspari winery and vineyard estate in the Serra da Mantiqueira is one of the most notable wine producers in the region, which was traditionally a coffee-growing area. Granitic soils, higher altitudes (between 1,000 and 1,300m) and a winter harvest is part of the secret to making their high-quality wines and Syrah particularly thrives there. The winery is open for visits at the weekends.
