Las Arcas de Tolombón (Siete Vacas)

Bodegas Las Arcas de Tolombón winery in Tucumán, best known for its Siete Vacas range, was founded in 2007 and today has three different vineyard estates in Cafayata (Salta) and Colalao del Valle (Tucumán).

The vineyards stretch from an altitude of 1,750 metres to 3,100 metres above sea level where a range of grape varieties are planted including Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Torrontés, Tannat, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. Las Arcas de Tolombón winery produces white and red wines, as well as sparkling wines under three different lines: Siete Vacas single-varietal, Siete Vacas Reserve and their entry-level Lengua Negra.
