Melipal

Located in Lujan de Cuyo on the road to Chile and nestled in its own little vineyard oasis is Melipal winery: a medium-sized bodega with a focus on Malbec. Visiting the small winery is a neat visit with its short, tourist circuit and explanation of the different processes before heading to the attractive cellar.

Stick around for lunch as the restaurant offers an intimate experience where you overlooks the garden and vineyards while munching down on a colourful and attractive four-courses paired with their wines.

Melipal originally set out just to make Malbec, but now they have diversified into a couple different varieties including Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon as well as a Malbec rosé.
