Grupo Peñaflor is one of the largest wine producers in Argentina and one of the ten largest in the world. Founded in 1904 by a family of Italian immigrants, Peñaflor has been in the wine industry for over a century and shifted from table wine production to fine wine production in the 1990s.
Since 2010 the group is owned by the Bemberg family and within the portfolio the group has several today: Trapiche, El Esteco, Mascota Vineyards, Finca Las Moras, Costa y Pampa, Navarro Correas, Santa Ana, Suter, San Telmo, Bodega La Rosa and The Enologist’s League. The group also produces some spirits and Frizzé drinks brand.
Daniel Pi is the Winemaking Director for the group and Marcelo Belmonte is the Viticulture Director.
