Tipaume winery in Alto Cachapoal focuses on making biodynamic and natural wines from their 6-hectare vineyard which has Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Merlot, Lacrima Cristi, Viognier, Malbec, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay planted. The Tipaume winery is all underground and it is here where they produce their two wines – Tipaume and Grez, which is made in clay amphora.
