Paso a Paso wines is the boutique winery and project of two friends who met at winemaking school in Mendoza, Norberto Páez and Sebastián Bisole. They started making garage wines in 2008 but in 2015 they released them onto the domestic market.
Today Paso a Paso winery produces a handful of wines from Eastern Mendoza and from the Uco Valley including a peppery cool-climate Bonarda and a textural white Criolla blend.
