Estrada Real (Primeira Estrada) winery is a brand new winery and crush facility in Três Corações where famous winemaker Murillo de Albuquerque Regina makes his wines and continues to develop the winter harvest technique in Serra da Mantiqueira. Entre Vilas winery and boutique natural wine production is the passion project of berry grower Rodrigo Veraldi Ismael who developed the umbrella technique in Serra da Mantiqueira. All the vines are protected by large plastic umbrellas to avoid health issues in the heavy summer rains and allow for ripening of his red and rosé varieties.
