Pablo Fallabrino (Viñedo de los Vientos)

Bodega Pablo Fallabrino, formerly Viñedo de los Vientos, is one of the most interesting wineries in Uruguay. Winemaker Pablo Fallabrino doesn’t like to play by the book, and his rule-breaking wines are a triumph for their unique character in the region. The winery and vineyards are located in the windy, coastal hills of Atlantida, east of Montevideo, which is great for zippy white wines and fresh reds like Nebbiolo.
