Masi winery in Tupungato in the Uco Valley, Argentina, is owned by the Italian winery with the same name. Masi in Italy was founded in 1772 and is a pioneer in the production of Amarone.
This winery is definitely a piece of Venice in Mendoza, as they use some of the same techniques for sun-drying their grapes as they do in Italy. Their Passo Doble organic red wine is made the ultimate blend for Argentina meets Italy: Malbec and Corvina!
