Caelum

A family-owned boutique winery run by an energetic brother and sister with the expertise of an Italian winemaker, Caelum makes young and aged wines and also produces pistachio nuts.

This small winery is set amongst some of the big boys on this popular wine route and is a welcome break to the bigger operations nearby. There is a cosy family feel to the winery and you are usually guided by someone from the family.

With Italian Guiseppe Franceschini at the helm, Caelum’s wines have fresh whites, including an interesting Fiano, as well as the classic reds produced in the area.
