You’ll go loco over Mendoza´s never-ending wine experiences, especially after visiting a couple of wineries and trying their delicious wines. That´s why we compiled a list of some of our favourite shops to make it that little easier to find your perfect bottle in Mendoza. Ask to try some smaller labels that you might not get to try at home!

This Spanish style house not only stands out for its tasty food, but also for having an excellent wine selection in its handsome cellar attended by a professional sommelier. Drink there, or take wine away!

Sarmiento Street’s main wine shop, with a wide selection of wines and lots of accessories for wine lovers as well as tasty treats like olive oils and alfajors.

Winery
Without a doubt this is one of the ones you want to visit, for it holds the biggest and most versatile collection of labels in Mendoza (over 500). Housed in a beautiful old house in the city centre, you can also find Winery branches in Buenos Aires.

La Casa Del Vino
A real classic on the wine shop scene in the city, La Casa del Vino is run by its very owners. From the small boutique wineries and their demijohns to the biggest brands, it’s a little Aladdin’s cave of wine.

Wine O’Clock
A fashionable new shop where you’ll find some unique and exclusive labels. It also offers periodic wine tastings to their clients, and you’ll find a few older harvests in the cellar.

If you are staying in this smaller suburb, 20 minutes from the city centre, you might prefer to shop a little more local:
Go Bar
A convenient liquor store franchise that has spread all around Mendoza with a good selection of wines at reasonable prices, and the main spirits drunk in Argentina along with a few mixers and beers.

Maipú
While staying in Maipu, you’ll be around the corner of a handful of wineries to buy on the cellar door, but if you are looking for a one-stop shop:
La Bodeguita
This is THE place to visit in Maipú if what you are looking for is to buy some bottles of wine. It has a wide variety of brands, wine accessories and any kind of beverages in general.
