We are absolutely thrilled to announce that The South America Wine Guide: The definitive guide to wine in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Bolivia and Peru has been shortlisted for the prestigious André Simon Food and Drink Book Awards 2021.
This year the awards had over 160 entries and The South America Wine Guide is one of nine wine books to be shortlisted. It is the first time a book focused on wine regions outside of Europe or the US has been nominated for this esteemed award since the awards began over 40 years ago.
The André Simon Food and Drink Book Awards was founded in 1978 and is the wine industry’s leading book award, with previous winners including Hugh Johnson OBE, Jancis Robinson OBE and Michael Broadbent MW.
It is a great honour to be on the shortlist for this award, and we are so proud of all the collaborative work that has gone into the book to get to this stage. Thank you to all of our amigos who have helped and supported us over the years!
