Arca Yaco (Amar y Vivir)
Arca Yaco winery and the Amar y Vivir wines are the boutique production of Matías Etchart (grandson of the founder of Bodegas Etchart) in Quebrada de San Lucas, in the high altitude Calchaqui Valleys with vineyards over 2,100 m.a.s.l
Matías Etchart has planted his two-hectare vineyard with Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec on sandy, calcareous soils.
Vallisto
Vallisto winery and high altitude wines in Cafayate is a story of two winemakers from different corners of the world – of fifth-generation Cafayate winemaker Pancho Lavaque and flying British winemaker Hugh Ryman.
Vallisto winery produces Criolla, Torrontes, Malbec and Barbera wines from their vineyards which include some very old vines of Criolla from the 19th century.
Wildmakers
Wildmakers is the wine production of Chilean winemakers José Miguel Sotomayor and Luca Hodgkinson who work with small growers, vineyards and winery locations around Colchagua and beyond. Sourcing out interesting old vines and making native ferment wines is their jam.
