More about the wine
This Cabernet Sauvignon has always been San Pedro’s top wine and it has improved greatly over the last few years. The current release, the 2017 vintage, is the best Cabo de Hornos I’ve ever tried. With layers of cassis, blackcurrant leaf, graphite and black pepper, it’s complex and powerful (15.5%!) yet wonderfully balanced, with a long, smooth finish.
